4.17.1 Permitted Uses – Principle

Add “Temporary moorage of vessels subject to the restrictions in Section 4.17.4 (c)”

4.17.4 Additional Provisions

Add “The following uses are not permitted in the EP Zone:

  1. The anchoring or mooring of vessels for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours.
  2. The anchoring or mooring of vessels for more than 72 hours within a 30-day period.
  3. Live-Aboard and/or Float Homes
