Senior citizens everywhere are invited to join Fairmount Home residents and staff at the home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 9am through March for free Qi Gong sessions.

Qi Gong is an ancient, healing, mindful movement practice, based on traditional Chinese medicine. It is great physical exercise for people of ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Sessions are led by Hang Nhan, Qi Gong Educator, and owner of saigon om in Kingston.


Who: All are welcome. The program is tailored to seniors 65+.
What: Qi Gong sessions three times a week with monthly coffee break refreshment sessions.
Why: For Fairmount residents to reconnect with old friends, make new friends, and exercise.
Where: Fairmount Home Auditorium, 2069 Battersea Road, Glenburnie ON, Map link
When: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 9 am. Sessions run August - March 31, 2025
