Section 3.34 Permitted Projections

Add “No structure permitted to project into any required yard as set out in Table 2 shall be permitted to encroach into the minimum required waterbody/wetland setback [see also Section 3.27 Minimum Distance Separation, Influence Areas, and Special Setbacks].”
