Who's Listening

As Manager of Economic Development, Richard is responsible for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in order to achieve the community development goals outlined in Frontenac County's Economic Development Charter. His responsibilities range from developing food and beverage opportunities to promoting rural innovation and agricultural investments. Richard is also responsible for initiatives surrounding the K&P Trail.
