Water and Wastewater Servicing Study to Begin

The Township is moving forward with the next step in the Verona Housing Master Plan, a study to assess communal water and wastewater servicing options which are critical for the development of the site and approval of the plan.

J.L. Richards & Associates Limited will be conducting the study on behalf of the Township.

Communal services are shared drinking water and wastewater systems that service clusters of residences and businesses. As it stands now, residences either need to be on municipal systems or on private septic and well which limits development. This study will explore our options for these types of services for the Verona Housing development.
