UPDATE – April 29, 2026 – The Desert Lake Road Reconstruction project from Road 38 to High Falls Lane will be happening soon. Crains Construction Ltd. has been awarded the reconstruction contract. Weather dependent, crews are planning to mobilize to the project to starting May 4^th, construction activities will continue for approximately 10 weeks through to mid July. During construction, lane closures and traffic delays should be expected. Notifications of the project will also be sent to emergency services and school transportation providers.
