Joint admin facility and new paramedics base construction update

Frontenac Paramedics DC Popov, DC Goudie, and Chief Chevalier toured the new Frontenac Paramedics headquarters space in the joint administrative facility, December 5.

HVAC and most of the interior wall studs are in place. Electricians were working on installing switches and outlets today. Wallboard, flooring, ceiling still to come. It won't be long now.

You can see now how the east addition will dovetail with the historical façade of the old house. Paramedics HQ will be on the lower lever, Council chamber and CRCA boardroom upstairs.

And at ground level, the east addition looking south, the other side from last shot, you can see exterior insulation in place and a taste of the yellow brickwork that will blend in well with the old house when it's done.

At the other end of campus construction is coming along nicely on the new Frontenac Paramedics base. Exterior insulation is almost up now. Roofline is complete with soffits and fascia are in place. The roof underlayment membrane is there too, though you can't see it for the snow.
