Frontenac Paramedics base and HQ construction update

Work is progressing well on the new Frontenac Paramedics base and headquarters on Frontenac County campus in Glenburnie. Sheetrock is going up in the headquarters space today. Over at the base, all the interior wall studs are up now, insulation is being blown into the attic space, and the building is nice and warm inside. (Pictures from Tuesday).

The interior walls are up in the headquarters space in the joint admin facility. Drywall is going up today on the inside surfaces of the exterior walls.

Not too much new to see on the outside of the base this week except lots of contractors vehicles and materials to indicate all that's happening inside.

It's nice and warm inside the base with almost all the interior walls framed-up and almost ready for drywall. This area will become the paramedics' common area while on shift.

Insulation is being blown-into the attic spaces.

And here's a shot of the inside of the garage bays. The base is sited and built so that far wall can be kicked-out to make way for more garage bays when the time comes to expand.
