Key Dates

This committee will discuss fireworks and the impacts of the pandemic at its regular meeting. 

The Community Programming & Events Committee, the Recreation & Leisure Facilities Committee, members of the various Canada Day organizing committees, and South Frontenac Recreation & Leisure staff will meet to discuss Canada Day events across the township.

A public survey and 'ideas board' will be used to gain feedback from the community as a whole about Canada Day events going forward. 

Staff will present a draft staff report to Community Programming & Events Committee regarding the future of Canada Day events in the community that will be presented to Council in February 2022.
